DJI Enterprise Shield Basic is a virtual product (license key)
DJI Enterprise Shield Basic is 12-month service period that provides an effective, comprehensive warranty for DJI Enterprise products, offering you greater peace of mind every time you fly.
DJI Shield Basic offers up to two replacement units within one year at an additional charge.
DJI Enterprise Shield Basic does not cover drones, payloads, or accessories that are fully or partly missing.
If any problems during the period of validity of the warranty all repair fees and associated costs will be covered by the DJI.

Enterprise Shield was specially created to provide comprehensive protection for your DJI Enterprise products. Offering coverage options with up to two replacement for accidental damage such as crashing, water damage, or signal interference. This efficient and total accident protection service provides greater peace of mind for your entire DJI fleet.
Enterprise Shield Basic provides two replacements
Once payment for Enterprise Shield Basic coverage is made, you can enjoy up to two replacements within your coverage period. Each replacement requires a small additional replacement fee.
Mavic 2 Enterprise: €159 for the first replacement and €209 for the second replacement.
Water Damage Coverage
Fly fearlessly with Enterprise Shield Basic, replace your aircraft even if its water damaged. Replacement units are also provided for: Crash & Collision Damage, Signal Interference, and other accidents caused by User Error.
Unlimited Sharing Coverage for Your Whole Fleet
Minimize your risk and simplify your workflow with one account to protect your entire fleet. With shared coverage across an entire fleet, an unlimited number of products can be bought, activated and bound to your Enterprise Shield account, increasing your total coverage and peace of mind.
