1. Conditions for first-time purchase: The product is brand new and unactivated, or has been activated within 48 hours. First-time purchase of service plan includes a gifted Reward for Safe Use*
   *Product bound to DJI Care Refresh for the first time will come with a Reward for Safe Use - Throughout the service period, if you haven't used any replacements services, DJI will provide you with a 1-year warranty extension as reward.
2. Service extension condition: If you have DJI Care Refresh, you can extend service for one year up to 15 days after the current service expires.
3. If the conditions are not met, please apply for online video verification of your product. After approval, you can purchase DJI Care Refresh within 72 hours of receiving the purchase notification.
